Communication between COBRA Administration & Health Services, Inc. and employers is a key component to ensuring that both parties comply with all Federal regulations, as they pertain to COBRA, HIPAA and FMLA. In order to assist employers in communicating changes as quickly as possible they have the option of utilizing electronic transaction submissions through the Qualifying Event Form and the FMLA Leave Request Form.
